BATTLE OF MAESTRICHT. This short title appears beneath the plan whilst the extended title appears within a rococo cartouche which embellishes this plan engraved by J. Basire. PLAN of the CAMP of the ARMY of the ALLIES, commanded by Monsr. D’AUVERQUERQUE, and the manner in it was drawn up in Battle, when the Army of the TWO CROWNS advanced to ATTACK IT May 14th 1703. 18 14 x 14 1/2 inches. Key beneath. Small slit at the bottom of the centre fold otherwise good condition.
